Cookieless audience measurement (Matomo)
We also count visits with Matomo, hosted for us by InnoLogiciel, which runs this site, in Canada (Web Hosting Canada, Montréal): this data goes through no other third party. Matomo sets no cookie and keeps no identifier on your device; your IP address is truncated (its last two bytes erased) before it is recorded, so it can neither identify you nor recognize you from one visit to the next. What it counts: pages viewed, where visits come from, country, type of device and browser, products viewed, carts and orders (amount and items; the order number is replaced by a hash, and never your name, address or payment). These figures are used only for overall statistics, and the raw data is deleted after 14 months. Because this measurement neither identifies nor follows you, it does not go through the cookie banner.
Where your account came from. If you create a customer account, we keep with it where your visit came from: the site that brought you or the campaign, and the first page you saw (noted for the length of the visit in your browser, session storage "origine.visite", with no cookie and no identifier). This is used only to know how our customers find us, and is deleted with your account.
Targeted advertising
Some technologies used on our site may be used to present advertising tailored to your interests. You can generally opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting your browser and device settings and by using the opt-out tools offered by the advertising platforms concerned.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected and to request its deletion. These rights are granted to you under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25. Data retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill your orders and to comply with our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. When it is no longer required, your information is securely deleted or anonymized.
