Slow-simmered beef broth scented with cinnamon, star anise, ginger and black cardamom — the heart of a true phở.
Ingredients : Bouillon de bœuf (oignon, échalote, daikon, gingembre, cardamome noire, cannelle, badiane, fenouil, graines de coriandre), sel, bouillon en poudre, sucre.
Instructions : Bring to a boil in a pot (or reheat in the microwave) and pour piping hot over the noodles and toppings.
