Vietnam's iconic soup: fragrant broth, rice noodles, tender beef, bean sprouts, fresh basil and lime.
Ingredients : Nouilles de riz, du bœuf, de l’oignon, des germes de haricot mungo, coriandre mexicaine, du basilic, oignon vert, du citron vert, de l’ail.
Instructions : Heat the broth to a boil, pour it over the noodles and beef, then top with bean sprouts, basil and lime to taste.
